I underwent this treatment for 4 days in the clinic (daily visit for treatment) and was given few exercises to be done at home post that. I got a huge relief from this treatment. The Physiotherapist was very good. She had a good knowledge and was able to get to the exact pain and provided the treatment. My pain has reduced drastically and I am able to do the daily activities without any pain now. Will be joining back to gym as well in 4 to 5 days.
